An Excel-LENT Idea! - Part 1

It's fascinating how food plays such an important part within most of our Small Groups (and not to mention Alpha!). Food brings us together. We meet over it, it's welcoming and we socialise around it. Food can play its part in breaking down barriers, relaxing us and allowing us time to find commonality. We need it, it's a life-requirement. And of course, best of all, food is biblical... lol.
The Room
Pete Wheeler — Mon, 14/12/2009 - 10:33am
I've had a number of requests to use 'The Room' - an audio piece that we used at Adventus this year as a time of confession. It's an excellent resource for Small Groups to use as you get together and move into worship. It can also be made even more meaningful by inviting participants to write down a few things before listening.
